Frequently asked questions:
Q: Is there a minimum amount of food that i need to order?
A: No.
Q: By when do i need to place my order online to guarantee it?
A: By Thursday 1:00pm of that week.
Q: Are orders available for pickup?
A: Yes, just select the pickup option at the checkout and call us to make arrangements of what time etc.
Q: What if i order online after 1:00pm on Thursday?
A: Your order will go through, however we might not be able to fill your entire order. If we cannot fill the entire order, we will notify you by email with a list of items that will not be coming with your order and you will be refunded for those items.
Q: Do i have to order online only?
A: No, you can place an order by phone if you wish. 310-909-7223.
Q: Once i place my order, is there anything else i must do to confirm the order?
A: No, as long as you receive a email confirmation with your order details, then your order is confirmed and there is nothing else you need to do besides eating it.

Dear Shabbos Food LA Team:
We were in LA last weekend for a wedding and your phone number and website were sent to us by the bride. We weren't sure what we were going to get - how good the food would be, if it would arrive on time and if there would be enough. We were totally pleased with everything. The timing was perfect and we enjoyed everything we got. In addition, we had enough for lunch on Shabbos. There was a problem with one thing so we were called and asked about a substitution (which was no problem). Two gift items were included which were very much appreciated.
We wouldn't hesitate for one moment to order from you again if we were going to LA and would definitely recommend your service if asked.
